Short story competition open to everyone. Your story can be about anything, but no more than 1,500 words.

Prize £50, publication in Crystal Magazine November 2011 and on this website. There will be an additional prize for Crystallites.

Entry fee £4. 

To enter by post:  Attach a cover sheet with your name and address, please make cheque payable to Mrs C Carr and mark the envelope 'Birthday'.  Send to  Crystal Magazine, 3 Bowness Avenue, Prenton, Birkenhead CH43 0SD.

To enter online:  Put 'Birthday' in the subject line.  Paste your story into the body of the email and include your name and address.  Send to christinecrystal@hotmail.com  You may send a cheque or pay via the PayPal button on the main page of this website.
